I used PSP 8 to do this tutorial but I don't see why it couldn't be made with other versions.
Image/Add border= 5. Select with magic wand.
Set the Diamond Plate 01 in your patterns on the background palette. Flood fill the selected area with the Diamond Plate 01.
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel use the Metalic preset.
Eye Candy 3/Drop Shadow
Repeat eye Candy drop Shadow with direction set at 126.
Deselect.
Image/Add Border= 20. Select with magic wand.
Ulead/Art Texture. Click on the "Edit" button as shown.
Scroll down till you find #15 as shown and click on it then click "OK".
On the new screen you have at the bottom find Pattern template #5 and click on it. (Circled). I started clicking from Pattern Template #1 and worked thru to #5. I then got the pattern I'm showing. If you go directly to #5 you will get a different pattern. Now click on the middle "Pattern Sample" in the bottom row. (I have put a red X under it).
You may get a different effect than I did. However, I have had a little problem trying to do this again. *S*... Just play with all of the Templates until you get a pattern that you like.
Deselect.
Image/Add border= 5. Select with magic wand.
Flood fill the selected area with the Diamond Plate 01.
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel use the Metalic preset.
Deselect.
Image/Add border= 5. Select with magic wand.
Flood fill the selected area with the Diamond Plate 01.
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel use the Metalic preset.
Deselect.
Image/Add border= 25. Select with magic wand.
Using your eyedroper, select a light color from your picture and put in your background color on your palette. Flood fill selected area with your light color.
Alf's Border FX/Mirror Bevel. Edit/Repeat Mirror Bevel.
Deselect. With magic wand select the remaining light colored border.
Effects/Texture Effects/Fine Leather.
Deselect.
Image/Add border= 5. Select with magic wand.
Flood fill the selected area with the Diamond Plate 01.
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel use the Metalic preset.
Deselect.
Image/Add border= 5. Select with magic wand.
Flood fill the selected area with the Diamond Plate 01.
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel use the Metalic preset.
Deselect.
Open the wm2silver-j tube and edit/copy. Click on your new image and edit/paste as new layer. Using your mover tool move tube to corner as shown.
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Top Left Mirror. This will put the corner tube in all for corners.
